The professional involved with the billing has a great responsibility inside the operator, since it is the area which, as a whole, is responsible for billing and charging all the services. Through the billing area it is possible to get to know the client, to offer new services and create ways to deliver these new services without losing incomes by implanting annual systems. Every time that a modernization or unification of networks and offer of new services occurs, the professional within the billing area is directly affected.

We are pleased to announce the development of one of the most important Latin American operators meeting, the Annual International Meeting on Billing Systems, part of the Billing OSS BSS Series.

It is on its 10^th edition and at this new one we will have several innovations, but will continue to fulfill the information needs to meet the most important challenges and seize the opportunities offered by the ever changing present and future markets.

About the Event

Executives from more than 60 operators had the opportunity to participate at the prior editions of the Billing Congresses.

IBC created this open forum to increase understanding of the commercial and technical challenges and opportunities for the billing of the operators. By all measures it was an outstanding success. The event gave attendees the opportunity to share experiences and learn from each other as well as a chance to meet vendors and see new applications.

The networking provided by this event is always very useful and informative. The participants gained a keen sense of the new dynamics and tendencies on Billing Systems through rich content presentations, questions and answers sessions and social events.
